RULES FOR SCHOOL DISCIPLINE
Students are not allowed inside school campus without proper school uniform & I-D card on all working days. Students of pre-primary class will have the I-D card pinned it up on their dress every day.
1. Late arrival in the school – The first bell rings at 7.30 a.m. The school gate will be closed at 7.30 a.m. If they arrive after the gate has been closed, the child will be marked as “late arrival”. Three late arrivals in a month would lead to strict disciplinary action. The child will be sent back home.
2. A student who uses unfair means during tests will be awarded zero in the subject with a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal.
3. It is compulsory for all students to speak in English. Students will communicate with each other and their teachers only in English during school hours and in the school bus. Parents should facilitate this by conversing with their wards even at home as far as possible.
4. No child is allowed to bring gifts of any kind for distribution in school. However on ‘Birthdays students may distribute sweets only (2 per child). Anything else will not be permitted.

5. Students must come to school in freshly laundered uniform with clean socks and well-polished shoes. Any child who comes to school in a slovenly manner will be awarded a black star. Three black stars will result in disciplinary action.
6. Students should not wear ornaments. They are not allowed to grow long nails, to use nail polish or make-up of any kind.
7. Students are strictly forbidden to leave the school premises during regular school hours. Strict action resulting in suspension might be taken.
8. a) Students are forbidden to carry objectionable literature or expensive items, forbidden to bring pen drive, CDs ,mobile phones, cameras or any sort of electronic gadgets to school, if found and confiscated will not be returned . b) School does not take responsibilities of lost articles, money etc.
9. Students participation in co-curricular activities of the school & at the inter school level going beyond the school hours is compulsory.
10. No books, periodicals, invitation cards, advertisements, pictures or newspaper except those allowed by the school shall be brought into the school or circulated without the permission of the Principal.
11. Parents or guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet the teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
12. a) Please note that no child will be allowed to leave the school during school hours for any reason. b) If a child is unwell during examination, he/she may be exempted from writing the exam if he/she submits a medical certificate c) permission to return home early will not be granted.
13. Every pupil is obliged to take part in co-curricular activities and games.
14. Students are expected to go home after school. Permission will not be granted to them to go to their friend’s house.
15. Students are not allowed to use the telephone in school without the permission of the Principal nor will they be allowed to answer telephone calls during school hours. In case of emergency permission to be taken from the Principal.
16. Students are expected to behave in courteous and gentle manner. They should address their teachers and all members of the staff with due respect and politeness. Good moral behaviour and gentle ways are prerequisites of every student. They should always remember that school is judged by the conduct of the pupils.
17. Students are expected to respect the school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others.
18. Students are advised to keep their class room, school building and campus clean as possible.
19. Students of Pre-Primary will have their handkerchief pinned up on their dress every day.
